There has been considerable effort applied over the past years to continue to obtain favorable room rates for this event. And we might add, this is indeed a very nice rate for a very nice hotel.

Additional and alternative hotels may be listed here in the future as we see the need arise. That way you can be closest to the action and not have to commute to your hotel room. Such additional space is limited as well, so as the show date approaches we might expect the additional rooms to be a little farther away from the base hotel. Also, we are unsure of the price of rooms at other hotels at this time.
