Halloween Rally

We will be starting at the Papa John’s Pizza located at 1825 Larkin Ave. in Elgin, Illinois. We will meet at 1:00 pm then we will head off towards the vicinity of Carpentersville. The participants will be treated to some ghostly sights along the way!!!
