One of the true challenges of writing road rallies is inventing a new and/or unique format to the "Gimmick" style rally. Bill’s Halloween Rally of 2002 was indeed a presentation of "Tricks and Treats!" Unique was the blending of the route instructions and questions, into the form of an epic-like poem. Also, very "unique" was Bill’s poetry! It was, how should I say, very interesting? The roads were laid out for a colorful fall day.... too bad the sun didn’t cooperate, but everyone finished and enjoyed the ride. At the end, Bill added another new feature to the rally.
