Abingdon '98 - The MG Weekend
September 25th-27th Come join us for a fun filled weekend of MG-related activities as we return to the scenic countryside of western Illinois and the charming town of Abingdon. Plan on arriving late Friday afternoon, in time for a good ol' fashioned small town fish-fry. On Saturday, enter your car in the car show and compare it with the finest MGs in the entire midwest. This year, on Saturday afternoon we will once again run a low-key Gymkhana in downtown Abingdon as was done in years past. Or you may wish to attend the fall harvest festival in Bishop Hill, a restored pioneer community. Later, we'll all get together for a buffet dinner, awards, and an evening of fun. This is an excellent opportunity to meet with fellow MG enthusiasts and enjoy your car in a variety of ways, so mark your calendar now.
