When was Oak Dale 100 years old?

This question did not make the rally list, but I was sorely tempted, as the green and white sign can be misleading. Wording on the sign says. "Owned by the same family for over 100 years", and the sign is dated 1972 (when it was posted). But the farm "Oak Dale" was 100 years old 17 years earlier in 1955.
