A few of the Classic members above. Feel free to find the rest in the crowded pictures below.

Momentos recently donated to the club archives:

On the left, "MG The First 70 Years", limited edition book
documanting and celebrating 70 years of MG Production
and driving, donated by Steve Selan.

On the right, a real brick from the Abingdon, England, MG
production factory, torn down in 1980. The brick was sent to
Bob Simon by Adrian Goodenough in England, who used to
work at the Abingdon MG factory. Bob passed the brick to
Larry Daniels who brought it to the club archives.
Some of the nice door prizes for the evening:

On the left, the last of the Deep Blue Silver Anniversary Fender Covers, from the club Regalia.

On the right, red plaid lap robe bearing
"The MG Car Company Ltd. Abingdon on Thames",
donated by Barney Gaylord
On the walls:

Declarations of club milestones over the years
from 1976 through 2001.

Special edition Silver Anniversary dash plaques for everyone present.
Our Silver Anniversary cake, before and after all of the partying.
Lots of Abingdon Springs natural springs water, mostly for door prizes.
People with lots of stories about current events and things to come.

And a good time was had by all -- no question about it!
