19 MGs in attendance, 18 on the lifts, lots of oil changes, a few differential oil changes, one or two gearbox oil changes, some tune-ups and brake adjustments, a few minor repairs, all finished in 3-1/2 hours. I think we are getting better at preventative maintenance. This time there were no major equipment problems. When we do find a serious problem (bad universal joint for instance), it is usually a new member with a new car still working on issues from a prior owner.

For the 2012 driving season we had a couple dozen driving events averaging a dozen cars or so for each, and including a couple of multi-day tours with a couple dozen cars. When it was time for annual awards there was no recipient for the Hard Luck Award, because there had been no equipment failure that would leave anyone stranded on the road. That's not bad for cars that are 30 to 60 years old.
