This is a vintage AMCO aftermarket ski rack that fits the MGA, although it may fit lots of other cars as well. It is temporarily mounted on the boot lid with rubber suction cups and attaches to front and rear edges of the lid with metal hooks on web straps. The rack holds two sets of skis on either side and the poles get clamped in the middle. The front adjustable straps are missing from the pictures.
