MG 'P'-type Midget -- 1934-1936 - ('PB' shown)
Development of 'J'-type, with 3-bearing crankshaft, sturdier chassis, better brakes, more comfort. 'PA' (1934), 847-cc, 4-cylinder, ohc engine (36 bhp at 5400 rpm). Twin SU carburetors. Four-speed gearbox. 'PB' (1935 on), 939-cc engine (43 bhp at 5500 rpm); slatted instead of plain radiator. 2-seater, 4-seater and Airline Coupe bodies. Approximately 2500 built.
