Thanks to Tom Dimock for this picture. This is a key caddy made of wood with a cast metal relief of an MGA and a "roll-top" compartment (expected to hold wooden kitchen matches). From the position of the pair of side hooks and two eye loops at the top it appears this may have been intended to hang on a wall. The badge says "MG 1965", so it may have been made in 1965 to commemorate the 10th aniversary of first ptoduction of the MGA. The hexagon shape on the badge is a little odd, but maybe it was intentional.
