"Agree on the 195 maximum width. I think going any wider would look really odd. I have 195 tires on 5.5" wide wire wheels, and they look "fat" but not too strange. Now, if you've dropped in a V6 or V8 engine, maybe wider wheels/tires would be warranted. Here's mine".
