The Monthly Club Meeting is held on the third Monday of each month (except no meeting in December). The meetings are from 8:00 to 10:00 p.m. at MACK’S GOLDEN PHEASANT in Elmhurst

I had the opportunity to have an MG at the age of 16. It was a ‘67 Black MGB GT; wood dash and steering wheel, leather seats, wire wheels and rust with holes all over the body...it was just beautiful. At this point in my life I already had a Camaro Rally Sport and Firebird Formula sitting in my parents driveway. The neighbor across the street who owned the MG offered to give it to me for free. Mom and Dad quickly put the stop on the MG. I was told that I had too many cars already and that carburetors should not be part of my bedroom décor. The muscle cars came and went and I had to wait another 27 years before I could get an MG. It was worth the wait… I have truly enjoyed my little car and I always look forward to the road trips.
