New Directions
Monthly Column of Driving Events
February is a Month that there isn’t too much to write about in the Driving Events column. Last season is over and the new season hasn’t started yet. So this may become a short one. And I hope that that leaves our editors Victor L’Heureux and Greg Hoeft enough space to print the 2014 Driving events Awards. At the Holiday Party while we presented the awards, there was a hand out with all categories, points, and names. I fixed a couple of spelling errors and mistakes and in this issue you can read who the lucky winners were.
Wait; did I really say “lucky”? Of course none of the winners was “lucky". They participated in the 2014 Driving Events. They had their MGs ready to go for the rallies and tours. They put the dates on their calendars to avoid conflicts. They did well in the competitive events. They organized events. You see, no luck involved. Just dedication and planning

made them the 2014 winners. Once more, congratulations to all. So, what do you have to give it a shot in 2015? Well, back up a few sentences and you see it all. Do exactly what the 2014 winners did to give yourself a fair chance.
I will be working on the 2015 calendar in the next few weeks and it is our goal to have the first version ready for the March newsletter and club meetings. Stay tuned and be ready for the 2015 Driving Season. It’ll be there before you know it and you don’t want to miss the Spring Tune Up and any of the traditional May events.
