The 16th Annual All British Car Swap Meet & Autojumble was held on Sunday February 28, 2012 at the DuPage County Fairgrounds in Wheaton,

This year’s Swap Meet was quite successful. Weather was very good: sunny at about 45 ° F with no snow or rain. This event now includes all marques of European sportscars and motorcycles and is conducted with the goal of providing a meeting place for buyers and sellers of used parts, new parts, accessory items, tools, memorabilia, and just about anything else of interest to the European sportscar and motorcycle enthusiast. We had a great turnout; almost 800 shoppers buying and talking cars.

This is my last year in coordinating this event for the club: Victor L’Heuruex will be in charge next year. Vic worked with me this year to learn the various tasks involved from initial vendor contact in November to on site management on the day of the event. My notes and records and expertise will be available to him next year. Thanks also to Dave Bralich and Scott Kiederlen for transporting the in-ventory of club parts to the Swap Meet and staffing the sales booth.
