EDITOR’S CORNER

Like most of us, my car is in storage for a good part of the winter; keeping warm and dry. Since the Spring Tune-up was upon us, I had to move it from the storage garage and drive it home – about 40 miles. I performed a few basic pre-starting checks, turned the key and, fortunately for me, the trickle-charge kept the battery in ready shape - the car started without a problem. (No, Penny did not have to push!) It was truly amazing how well the car ran after sitting for four months. I suspect no one on the highway could understand the wide grin that was on my face as I drove the car home.

Joel-Paul Brossard is spearheading this effort. > ‘Spring Tune-up’ was the ‘word of the day’ on Saturday, April 28th. Check out the action. > Also review the many Tours scheduled in the next few months. Get your reservations in early.
