The first VMGCC driving event of the season couldn't have been more perfect with springtime temperatures and just a hint of the sun. Fifteen cars pulled into the Edens Plaza parking lot preparing to rally to the Lake House Restaurant in Lake Bluff. The vintage MGs lined up for the drive included two TFs, five TDs, one TC and one M type along with two MGBs an AH Sprite and "Miss Marples," Ray Costa's Morris Minor.

VMGCC President Bob Lee came with his top notch navigator, grandson, Caden. As I followed them down the road, I wasn't sure just who was reading the driving instructions. Thanks to Brian and Rose Dubin for organizing this.
