Greetings from La Place (the beach) in Croix Valmer, just South of Monaco on the French Rivera.

The little square between the left bumper overrider and the central license plate light is probably a capital D, indicating that this MGA is from Germany (Deutschland). The license plate beginning with a K would make it Cologne (Köln).
