Winery visit during the WCB Tour in 2006 2012 Wine, Cheese, Beer, and Shakespeare II Tour September 21 – 23, 2012 We can’t believe this is our eighth tour together! We are going to Spring Green again with other stops along the way. We will have dinner at JMK Nippon in Rockford on Friday evening and stay at the Quality Inn and Suites. The hotel information is: Quality Inn and Suites, 7401 Walton Street, Rockford. Call 815 227-1300 and ask for the MG Block for reservations. The rate this year is $69.00. On Saturday, we will leave for Wisconsin. We will be traveling some new and different roads this year. We will stay at the Round Barn in Spring Green. Their information is: Round Barn Lodge, E4830 HWY 14, Spring Green, WI. Their number is 608 588-2568, again ask for the MG block. The rate this year is $85.50 for standard with two beds and $94.50 for deluxe with 1 king bed. We will have dinner on the patio of the Shed. I will send menu choices as we get closer to the tour. Our group rate for the American Players is $36 per person while the full rate is $44. We have to have at least 20 members in our group. I will need to prepay for the group so please send me a check as soon as possible. We will see Troilus and Cressida at the 3:00 PM matinee. This is a play about young love (like us) and war.
