SHINE UP YOUR CAR amp; COME SHOW IT OFF at the Westmont Cruisin
Nights & Street Fair on Thursday August 15th from 5:00 – 9:00, featuring
the Chicagoland MG Club.
This is not your typical Cruisin’ Night. Over 3000 people come weekly to
enjoy not only the 225+ classic cars but also live music, food, drinks,
children activities and much more. The event is held in Downtown
Westmont on Cass Avenue. (Cass Avenue will be closed from Naperville/
Chicago Ave. to Burlington to provide plenty of Classic Car parking) Remember this is not a “Car Show” it’s a Cruisin’ Night amp;
Street Fair open to all cars any condition.
Cars start arriving around 4:30. All cars should enter the event at Norfolk and Cass. Norfolk is 2 blocks north of Burlington Avenue
and 1 block south of Naperville/Chicago Avenue. If you are unable to arrive that early, you are still welcome and can pull in any
time during the event. We will be parking all MG’s in front of my office just North of Norfolk.
Test your navigation skills on the 5th Annual MG Walking Rally at 6:00 pm followed by a catered BBQ dinner and prizes.
Cruise on in…..Have Some Fun….Enjoy The Cars….
PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO ATTEND OR EVEN JUST THINKING OF ATTENDING. I
WILL NEED A COUNT FOR PARKING SPACES AND FOOD.

Once again we will travel through the picturesque landscapes of Barrington Hills.
Registration is at 11:00 am, drivers meeting at 11:30 am, and the first car will be starting at 12:00 noon.
The starting point is the parking lot of the Lucky Monk Restaurant, 105 Hollywood Blvd, South Barrington, IL 60010, which is just north of the I-90 Barrington Rd exit.
The rally route is designed to provide a fun experience, with scenic and very low traffic Barrington Hills roads, taking you past open fields, horse pastures, some amazing homes, and lovely gardens and landscaping.
The Rally end point is the Lucky Monk, were we all can relax and commiserate.. and the rally length is less than 45 miles. Your rally car is an MG (with no marque penalty points) or any other vintage or later sports car or anything else you have running.
Please put this event on your calendar. We look forward to seeing you.
