The Chicagoland MG Club participated in this year’s Reunion in Grand Rapids, MI. The actual count of members at this event was unknown since many members took part in different aspects of the Reunion. Some participated in the Grand Lake Endurance Rally, some showed their cars on the field for prizes, others came for the MG Vintage Racers review. I suspect the count was over 25 participants from the CMGC.

A small contingency of cars left the Lincoln Oasis on Friday to be part of this cherished event sponsored by John Twist of University Motors Ltd. Others traveled on their own. The marque for this year's event was the Pull Handle MGB—introduced in May 1962 and ran through April 1965. There were trophies and awards given out for over 27 classifications of MG’s. The weather was great, food was good and over 200 cars were on the field.

Dino Perez - 1st place - V8 class
