EDITOR’S CORNER

It appears that I have a ‘gremlin’ in my MGB electrical system. I’m not ready to blame Lucas just yet, since I really can’t rule out poor maintenance on my part. My car won’t turn over after 100 miles or so of driving. Therefore, every tour or long rally I attend, I fear for shutting off the engine… and Penny doesn’t relish the idea of push-starting.

Many attempts to resolve the issue appear to fix the problem initially, but on the next adventure, the problem reoccurs. I guess it’s time to resort to replacing parts.
