EDITOR’S CORNER

Well, as most of us who have been in the club a while, it seems one MG is not enough! I joined the club of members having more than one car in their driveway - now I have 2-1/2! (one car is without powertrain or interior). My routine driving car - ’67 red MGB - needs structural repair. More that I want to pursue. Instead, I am transferring most of the current components into a new body shell. The problem was that I know it will take me quite some time to accomplish this task based on my present progress! So, I purchased a car in great shape except for the fact it hasn’t been driven in 15 years! I plan on resurrecting this ’70 brg MGB this winter in time for the 2020 driving season and be able to do the transplant at my leisure.

At least that is the plan today. We shall see how long this resurrection will take. I’ll keep a log and maybe a spot in the Driveline of progress.
