Car Projects-
Steve Sparks reported that he installed new thrust washers in his differential to get rid of the irritating ‘clunk’ when shifting into reverse. He is now trying to eliminate a sticky speedometer needle. Based on what was diagnosed the speedo itself may be the culprit.

New Business
2016 Anniversary year – it was noted that next year will be the 40th year for the CMGC and 50th year for the VMGCCC.
Membership Dues – President Dave Novak noted the past few years have been a bit of a struggle for the club, financially. During the past few years, we've been spending a little bit more than we've been taking in. There are a lot of reasons for this imbalance. For example, membership has declined slightly the past few years, the yearly Swap Meet is not drawing nearly the crowds it once did which impacts our revenue, and Driveline postage and printing cost has been continually increasing. We have cut significantly back on the amount spent on printed material; we are giving up on the club locker, trying electronic delivery of the Driveline, and increasing email communications. The current club officers will be reviewing our financial situation again and provide a resolution next month.
No additional new business was presented for discussion. Meeting adjourned
Respectfully submitted,
Victor L’Heureux
CMGC Secretary
