This post card is from Cannes, just South of Monaco on the French Mediterranean Coast, with a white MGB in the middle of the picture. Other cards include Volvo 1800, Citroen DS, several small French cars, and some large American iron. My Dutch MG friends say that the two cars in the lower right-hand corner are Ford Zodiac Mk II Convertibles. See separate photo for an example from the Bonham auction company website. They had a large soft top (hood) and it appears that you could also just raise it halfway. Not sure if you could drive like that, but it probably offered some shade to the rear seat passengers while parked in the sun.
