EDITOR’S CORNER

“..Somethings happening here, what it is ain’t exactly clear…” (sorry Buffalo Springfield). For quite a while now all I could see was white outside my window. Now I think there is more asphalt, bushes, and tree limbs visible. I guess this is what you are supposed to see in the Spring - even my MG radio antenna is visible above the snow drift! (Yes, some of my cars were outside again this winter). I have mixed feeling about this though since I had a number of ‘winter projects’ planned and to date - I got as far as ordering and receiving the replacement repair parts. I trust I will have a few warm days to get some of the parts installed before it is time to drive. Luckily, most repairs are not safety issues but rather proactive repairs for reliability.

I receive several newsletters from other car clubs across the states and the theme is the same – winter was cruel and the desire to get on the road again seem to be universal. The driving season is almost upon us and there are already some driving events being cautiously planned – awaiting the demise of the world pandemic. Brighter (and greener) days are ahead, and I can’t wait!

See you on the road.
