Painting My Wheels
I thought it was about time to clean up my wheels. After all, what else can I do with snow on the ground?
After a little sanding, I used a primer to prime the wheels, then I used a Dupli-Color wheel paint and sprayed the wheels.
After letting them dry for a day or so, I used a satin black paint and a brush to paint them black. I did this instead of the paint device that some use because I think I get a better job. Just my opinion. Also, because I didn't have one to use. I think the taping took the most time. Besides, with the chrome trim rings, you only see the inside of the wheel and my car is definitely not a show car or even original for that matter.
The finished product looks good enough.
