Usually this time of the year I am talking about the many events that are filling up my calendar. As you can see, the number of events cancelled outnumber the events to be held. Some not even planned for are being abandoned due to the pandemic. The words – Paradigm Shift – come to mind. The precautions of today would have looked quite weird a year ago. I mean, who would dare go into a bank wearing a mask? What about greeting a fellow worker with an elbow? …and what is this standing 6 ft away when talking to a friend? In the past, body hygiene came to mind.
I don’t know about you, but I’m about to go stir crazy staying indoors when it is such nice driving weather starting to take hold. Now we need to get creative – maybe a MG ‘Flash Mob’ at a local Dairy Queen or a tailgate picnic in a parking lot on a Saturday afternoon? Shouldn’t be too hard to put together.
See you on the road…
