Post cards from Karel
An ‘Auto’biography of History

Last month, it looked like Karel’s postcard from Bruges in Belgium had two MG's in it. A very recognizable MG TD and, maybe, a hint of a MGA. I asked Karel if, on the original card, the hint was indeed an MGA and if so, would it then be the first card with two MGs. Karel is a man of few words, I’ve known him for 40 years or so, and his answer to my question was “It looks like it but even with a magnifying glass it is not certain, next postcard definitely two MGs”. And here it is, a postcard from Deauville in the Plage Fleurie area in Normandy France. And of course, two MGs; a yellow TC and an orange MGBGT..
