An ‘Auto’biography of History

This card is from the Gothard Strasse in Switzerland, with an MGB in the lower left hand corner. The Gothard Strasse (Road) and Tunnels connect the Northern (German speaking) with the Southern (Italian speaking) parts of Switzerland.

It looks like this photo is taken just North of Andermatt, a famous resort town in the Swiss Alps. The two yellow busses were of the Swiss Postbus public transportation system.
