This started as a nice top-down day in Naperville, but we hit rain approaching Bloomington. Ducking under a gas station awning momentarily to put the top up, we arrived at the show site greeted by a steady drizzle.

There were 60 cars pre-registered, expecting twice that many to show up. Early morning storms in the area caused nearly half of the registered cars to call and cancel. Local weather had cleared by 11 a.m., and more cars continued to arrive. Best guess is about 75 cars in attendance by the time we left the show at 1 p.m.

With nice weather for the trip back to Naperville we followed old Rt-66, stopped to visit a few small towns and took some more pictures along the way.
