Hydraulics Tech Day
January 12, 2002 - 9:00 am
Naperville, IL
Important item first, IT’S A HEATED GARAGE.
Bumper to bumper rebuild of all hydraulic parts, master cylinder(s), clutch slave cylinder, all brake wheel cylinders, and replacement of all hydraulic hoses. The patient will be an MGA 1500 with all drum brakes. It is anticipated that all cylinders will be honed and repacked with none needing replacement, so this is your chance to see how to save some cash on a significant major repair. Will also be changing the type of hydraulic fluid, which will involve flushing the entire system with alcohol and final filling and bleeding using a pressure bleeder. Also anticapated in attendance (as an outpatient?) is at least one brake caliper from an MGA 1600. You are welcome to bring your hydraulic parts for inspection and.or rework, time allowing. No extra spare parts in stock, so bring your own packing kits. For more information call or e-mail:
