The meeting was called to order by John Schroeder at 8:05 p.m., announcing that this year is the Club's 30th year.
Present were 35 members (none new) and no guests.

-"Team Mullis" tech session on 2/11 (at Barney's) and on 2/18 (at "Cowboy's").
-2006 Driving Events Planning Meeting on 2/12/06 at Mack's (details to follow later).
Upcoming Events
-Jim Evans provided a status update on the All-British Swap Meet to be held on 2/26/06. 101 vendors (some from out-of-state). Other car clubs have been promoting it. $5 entry fee waived for volunteers. Set-up begins at 5:30 a.m. (doors open at 8:00 a.m.).
Ann Snyder suggested taping the work schedules to each entrance table
-"Cowboy" announced an HIF carburetor re-build tech session will be held on 3/25/06.
-John S. said the Mo. Endurance Rally will be 4/1-4/2.
-John reviewed the preliminary plans for the All-MG convention in Tenn. In June MEMBERS SHOULD REMEMBER TO CHECK THE CMGC WEB SITE FOR DETAILS AND UPDATES TO OUR CLUB'S AND OTHER LBC'S ACTIVITIES.
Staff Reports
Treasury - Jim Evans. Jack Feldman was complimentary of Jim's performance as treasurer, as he carried out an "audit" on the books and records. Jim said the checking account had a balance of about $1,700 as of 12/31/05 and a savings account balance of about $10,000 as of that date. He explained the software system used to keep track of the Club's finances.
Tools - Jim Evans. He mentioned an inventory is shown on the CMGC web site. He reminded members that they are able to borrow tools.
Library - Dave Lieb.No new additions. Dave said any suggestions from members on potential acquisitions are welcome.
Regalia - David L. Ransom, Jr. New shirts and badges are available Inventory also shown in The Driveline and on the web site
Driving Events - Wade Keene The 2006 schedule is tentatively set, as are the venues and the fees. We will be inviting other car clubs (e.g., ISOA, AHCA, Windy City Miata Club) to participate.
Tech Sessions - "Cowboy" Will continue for the next month or so during the non-driving season. Currently, members have been chipping in with help on Dave Mullis' car.
At 8:50 a break was announced. After the break, the 50/50 raffle ($17) was won by David L. Ransom, Jr.
The evening's "program" was the presentation of 2005's awards. The recipients were listed in the March Driveline.
The meeting adjourned at 9:20 p.m.
