It is hard to believe that we are in 2017. Last year went by in a flash. It seems appropriate to list the top ten of something from 2016 but if you are anything like me you generally disagree with anyone’s top ten of anything. These lists are normally based on one person’s opinion. Best movies, best books, best song, best whatever. I don’t keep a list of anything that may be in the top ten for the year so that I can rate them one to ten. If I did when it came to doing the rankings I would forget why they made the list in the first place and who has time to review a year’s worth of anything?
Like I said it seems appropriate to make a top ten list. This list is not my opinion; it is just a facts list. It is purely coincidental that it almost perfectly matches my wish list. These are the top ten highest prices ever paid for a collector car. These are not adjusted for inflation.

Some cars listed seem to be the same car but they are just the same model and year. It seems that cars, like fine wines have good years too.
Happy New Year,
