Aaaahhh Autumn! Cool dry air, smell of burning leaves (some places..), low sun on the horizon – what better time for a top-down drive through the countryside. Just bundle up, put on that wool hat and maybe a lap-blanket for your passenger – and off you go! With the Wine Cheese & Beer Day Ride coming up later this month, this could be just the opportunity to enjoy.
Other events you may want to consider is to take part in the club car project just getting underway at Tom Raddatz's garage. No skills in refurbishment? No worries! There are many CMGC members on hand to show the way. This is a good opportunity to learn some new skills – body work, parts assembly, mechanical & safety readiness – all in one location. Check out the article in this month’s issue and come on down!
Want to get more involved in club operations? We are now accepting nominations for the four club positions – President, Vice-President, Secretary & Treasurer – at the next two monthly club meetings. Won’t you at least consider taking on the challenge?
See you on the road.
