19th Annual British Car Fest
On September 11, 2005 the 19th Annual British Car Fest was held at Moraine Valley Community College on a sweltery, hot but definitely not British day. Over 500 British cars of all makes, models and years were in attendance. As in the past, our club and the MG Marque were very well represented from the pre-WWII years through the end of importation in 1980. Some beautiful cars were shown, but in your editor's humble opinion, one of the best was this MG Airline.

Additionally, some of our founding members were seen in attendance! The Dave "Cowboy" Bralich and Tom "Tai Chi" Josefek, among others. The highlight of the day for me (your editor) was watching Tom engage "The Force of Lucas" to remove the cap from a water bottle! (See above picture) If you have never attended this event you owe it to yourself to experience the BCF.
