Thanksgiving Day
Cruise To The Rock
November 22, 2001

We had much nicer weather this year, like 50 degrees plus, so some of us were overdressed (thermal underwear). A very nice day for a late season top down cruise, at least for those cars sporting moveable tops. We had about about a dozen MGs out this time, and about 15 people going to lunch afterwards at Stages Restaurant on 31st Street.
Pictured below, Don Anderson’s MGB with a hard top in the foreground, other various MGs in the background, if you can spot them hiding among the larger American street rods. Not shown here are about a dozen Harley’s from the Toys For Tots motorcycle group. This is getting to be a very popular spot on Thanksgiving morning, as we were having a little tougher time mugging for the video crew.
