We had plans to go to a car show while we were near Baltimore. The MGs on the Rocks car show that is pretty much all British cars. Then Kerry told us about a great car and coffee show, Hunt Valley Horsepower. So, we started off our morning with a great car show from 8-10 AM. Then off to MG on the Rocks taking a picturesque countryside ride on twisty narrow roads obviously designed for horse and buggy, but perfect for an MG. We still had a fun ride in Tom’s F250 super duty truck. This was a great car show put on by MG’s of Baltimore, Ltd Car Club. We met up with Barney Gaylord at the show and saw a lot of great cars. Barney won the Longest Distance Award. After the show we were off to another car show in Hagerstown. Three car shows in one day! Late night hanging out at a brewery where I got to meet up with childhood friends who had entered a car in the show.

Finally, we headed back to Chicago finishing the 1,800-mile trip. I have made great friends being a part of the Chicagoland MG Club. The memories we are creating will be the stories I tell for decades.
