Have you participated in many car shows only to be beaten by the same car? If he didn’t show up with that “Trailer Queen” would your ride win? (don’t think Mary’s Show). Is your driver always pushed to second because that brazen hussy has shown up again? Well bunkie, what’s the answer? Flatten the tires on the trailer queen, change classes, or change the show parameters? That’s the ticket!

What is he rambling on about you might ask? This year to test the concept of having different classifications, the Abingdon 2001 committee chose the best blue car at the 2001 Abingdon car show. Blue was this year’s official color.

What would it be like if next year we classified all show entries by color. The red ones would compete against only red ones, blue againse blue, white against white, and so forth? What would you think? Please reply to me by
