6K650 (item 30) is the female threaded compression nut for the olive to connect the ends of the small vacuum pipe. Position any required P-clips onto the pipe first. Slip the compression nut onto the pipe, then position the olive on the pipe flush at the end, or with the pipe end slightly exposed. Place the pipe end with olive into the receiving port, and screw up the nut. As the nut is tightened, the tapered cones of the olive will compress and constrict the olive inward tightly onto the pipe to make an air tight seal. Once properly seated, the nut can be unscrewed to release the pipe from the port, and the olive will be permanently attached to the pipe, so the nut will likewise not fall off. -- The drawing below is for parts identification only, and does not show final position and routing path of the vacuum pipe. Need more pictures for that.
