The Rally Corner
We are on our way to a busy driving season. Already we have several members who have stepped forward and taken the challenge of setting up a driving event. Now is a good time to do that work on your car that you have been putting off so you will be ready to go this spring.
We have also started an assistant program. The purpose is a learning program where someone would assist a Rally Master or Autocross Master and to help in reducing work load on event personal. You may assist just to help with the work load or assist to learn how an event is put together. In this manner you can find out if running a Rally or Autocross is for you.
To get involved you can contact me at 847-882-4836 or E-mail at mromgbtkd@aol.com. Also you may contact an event Master yourself then notify me so I can keep everything straight. The assistants will get the same 5 points that an event master gets from running an event. No participation in the event for points will be allowed.
Now to reinstall my tires so I can put the rubber side down.
