7th Annual All British Swap Meet
and Autojumble

    The 7th annual All British Swap Meet & Autojumble was held February 23rd at the DuPage County Fairgrounds in Wheaton, IL. Over 800 shoppers came to peruse the wares displayed at over 100 vendor spots. Vendors and shoppers alike came from surrounding states as well as northern Illinois; one vendor came in from Boston to attend this event!
    Vendor offerings ranged from used parts to new Royal Enfield motorcycles, with plenty of British car regalia and memoribilia to balance the equation. This event has grown steadily in popularity since it started, and has now become the premier event of its type in the country.
    The weather was good: clear, but chilly, with no snow to spoil the day. A food vendor was on hand throughout the day. Many club members lent a hand to set up the site the night before, take attendance during the swap meet, and clean up after it was over: this event would not be successful without their help each year. On behalf of the organizers, I would like to thank each of these club members for their contribution.
