Driveline Editor Update
Yes, the club still needs a new editor for the Driveline. A few nominations have been received but not pursued yet. At this time our main focus is on acquiring a software package that will make the transition into the job easier for all future editors. In the past, each new editor needed to develop his own approach to the task with whatever resources came to hand. Clearly, a standardized approach to the newsletter with club owned software would allow for the transfer of old files to new people,
thus providing a much quicker startup and a consistent product from each editor. So, if you are thinking of volunteering, the job will probably be easier than you may have thought. Please contact Jim Evans if you would like to be considered for the position, or if you have any suggestions about an appropriate software package for a club newsletter.
