Please send articles in plain text format (not MS Word), and send any pictures separately (not embeded in the text file). Do not bother with any special formatting, as everything has to be re-formatteed anyway for various applications in print and on the web site.

Digital pictures for the print copy should be compressed JPEG format, about 1200x1000 pixels in size, +/-30%. Monochrome line-art images and “paint” images composed of a few basic colors may be saved in GIF format for smaller file size. When in doubt, ask.
