Halloween Rally

One of the true challenges of writing road rallies is inventing a new and/or unique format to the "Gimmick" style rally. Bill’s Halloween Rally of 2002 was indeed a presentation of "Tricks and Treats!" Unique was the blending of the route instructions and questions, into the form of an epic-like poem. Also, very "unique" was Bill’s poetry! It was, how should I say, very interesting? The roads were laid out for a colorful fall day.... too bad the sun didn’t cooperate, but everyone finished and enjoyed the ride. At the end, Bill added another new feature to the rally. Would you believe the last route instruction was given via cell-phone!!?? Thanks for the Fun, Bill! - - Larry
